If you are under 16, you must let your parent or guardian know about Bimbello Privacy Policy before you register to use this Site or any of this Site's services.

PRODUCTS ORDERING
You may need to register to place an order on Bimbello.com. We may change registration process and requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information that is complete, accurate and current. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us at the following e-mail address info@bimbello.com.

When you place an order at Bimbello.com, we will send you an order confirmation email. Our order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order by us.
Once payment has been made for the products you have ordered, we will arrange the products delivery and will send you a dispatch email. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by us and that a contract is formed.

We reserve the right not to accept your order. This may occur where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time. These prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. See our Delivery Policy for more information on this.
Import duty or tax costs may be invoiced to you directly from an import broker appointed by courier company, your national Government or any local Government or controlling body that has the power to raise such duties or taxes in accordance with the law in your country. We have no control over how much tax or duty any such body may charge and we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased during a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further reduced.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
We currently accept Paypal payments.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We will always try to fulfill orders. However, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All delivery charge prices shown on the Site or confirmed to you and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. You will be the importer for all international deliveries of products. Therefore, before placing an order for a product, please check that your import of any products complies with any applicable import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions, which may affect receipt of your products. Courier service insures products during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), once the product is delivered to specified address, responsibility passes to the recipient.
Delivery dates are estimated from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Neither courier services nor we are responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
